Shipping Regions and Charges
- Domestic Shipment (Singapore): Doorstep delivery is available for a flat rate of $6. This fee will be added to your total purchase at checkout.
- International Shipment: We ship worldwide! Shipping charges vary based on the region and will be shown at checkout. If you can’t find your region, email us at hello@skavz.com, and we’ll assist you with your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Timeframe
- Domestic Shipment (Singapore): Expect delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipment: For international orders, the number of days varies by country. Please check with us via email before ordering to find out how long it will take.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your order's journey.
Address and Details Changes
- Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is placed.
Failed Delivery Attempt and Returned Parcel
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. Please reach out to our customer service to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping due to failed delivery attempts.
