How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, you are unable to change the shipping address once an order is placed. However, please email us at hello@skavz.com and we’ll do our best to help you!

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Are all sales final?

Yes, all sales at SKAVZ are final.

However, if you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay credit/debit cards.

We currently do not accept PayNow or any other bank transfers.

Are there any additional charges for using certain payment methods?

We do not charge additional fees for using any of our accepted payment methods. However, your bank or payment provider might apply their own charges.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

What should I do if I receive incorrect items?

We sincerely apologise for the mistake. If you have received an incorrect item, please fill out the Return Request form and we will get back to you promptly to resolve the issue.

What should I do if I have received a defective item?

We are very sorry you have received a defective item. If you have received a defective item, please fill out the Return Request form. We will do our best to assist you.

Can I exchange an item for a different colour or print?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different colours or prints unless you received a wrong or defective item.

Will I be refunded for the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How long will it take to process my return?

You will receive an email from us once we have received the parcel. We will then process the return and verify its condition.

How can I track the delivery of my parcel?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

Once your order is made, we are unable to make any changes to the address unless there is an error in the address.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

For local orders, they will be delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive the tracking information via email.

For international orders, the number of days varies by country. Please reach out to us at hello@skavz.com before ordering to find out how long it will take.

What should I do if I do not receive my order after the stated delivery window?

Please write in to hello@skavz.com if you suspect that your order is lost.

What are the local shipping charges?

We offer a flat rate of $6 for all local doorstep deliveries. Local standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed.

What are the international shipping charges?

We ship worldwide! Shipping fees vary by country. If you can’t find your region, email us at hello@skavz.com, and we’ll assist you with your order. The shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international shipments may encounter delays and may incur additional customs and duty fees upon arrival in certain countries. As customs and import fees varies, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please do check with your customs and import authority for more details.
